To qualify for wholesale rates, we require a minimum order value of $500. Specific item minimums may apply depending on the product category.

Standard domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location and order volume, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank wire transfers. For established accounts, we also offer Net-30 payment terms upon credit approval.

Can I request a sample before placing a large order?

Yes, we offer sample units for most of our general retail inventory. Please contact our sales team to arrange a sample shipment at a nominal fee.

What is your return policy for damaged goods?

If products arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a full refund or replacement once the claim is verified.
