Log into your wholesale account and submit a return authorization request through the orders dashboard within 14 days of delivery.

Wait for Approval

Our quality assurance team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email within 48 business hours.

Pack and Ship

Securely package the items with the RMA number clearly marked on the exterior and ship them to our central distribution warehouse.

Processing and Refund

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or apply a credit to your wholesale account.
